If the issue is more minor  for example, if there is an faulty  or damaged receiver wires  the audiologist may be able to change the receiver in the clinic , especially if it is still under warranty.

One common repair of hearing aids involves replacing the wax filters that prevent earwax from clogging up the hearing aid. Keeping the device clean of sweat, dirt, and earwax can help maintain its functionality.
